What states can LT Transfers process?

We process transfers nationwide, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Aruba. Contact us for a quote if your timeshare is located outside the continental United States.

What if I do not have my ownership document?

In most instances, we can conduct a document search to locate it for you. There is a $25 research fee for this service.

Do resorts charge transfer fees?

Many resorts charge a resort transfer or name-change fee. We can usually provide this information or acquire it from your resort management on your behalf.
