Our Base Fees

· Document preparation: $275–$450 (varies by state and document requirements; we do not process timeshares located in the states of New York, Connecticut, or Illinois)

· Postage: $25.00

· Recording Fees: Based on sales price, county, and state fees

· Resort transfer fee: if applicable, added separately and paid directly to the resort

· Deed search (if needed): $25.00

We are also able to assist you with a U.S. Virgin Islands timeshare transfer, as well as Aruba and Mexico timeshare transfers. Please contact us for a quote.
